14-day free returns, no questions asked
Return any unused product within 14 days of the date of delivery at no cost to you. No explanation needed. After the 14-day window, a $95 restocking fee applies.

Return summary
Odessa LED Solutions ("we," "us"; legal entity details on our Legal page) accepts returns of eligible products under the terms below. All returns require an approved RMA before shipment back to us.
Return window
Return requests made within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery are free: no restocking fee, no return shipping charge, and no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason. Returns requested after the 14-day window are subject to a $95 restocking fee (see below).
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Products that have been wired, modified or installed are not eligible for return.
Restocking fee and credit memos
Returns requested within the 14-day window are free of charge to you. Returns requested after the 14-day window are subject to a flat ninety-five dollar ($95) restocking fee. Odessa LED Solutions does not issue cash refunds: approved returns are credited as a store credit memo at the invoiced amount, less any restocking fee. Credit memos are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
RMA process
Use the Get a Return Label Online button at the top of this page, or contact us at (866) 810-5366 or [email protected], to request a return label and RMA. Include your invoice number and the SKUs and quantities to return. Ship the products back with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Manufacturer defects
Manufacturer defects must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Defects reported after this period are handled under the Odessa LED Solutions Warranty Policy.
