Warranty summary
Odessa LED Solutions ("we," "us"; legal entity details on our Legal page) warrants its LED products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, when installed and operated under normal use and in accordance with the product specifications and installation instructions.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that cause the product to fail to perform under normal operating conditions. It applies to Odessa LED Solutions products sold by Odessa LED Solutions or its authorized channels. [CONFIRM: any other product brands covered by the warranty]
What we will do
If a product fails to conform to this warranty during the warranty period, Odessa LED Solutions will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or issue a credit memo at the invoiced amount toward a replacement. This remedy is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for a covered failure.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse or improper installation, including installation that does not follow the product instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from environmental conditions, including water intrusion outside the product's rating, lightning, surges or extreme temperatures beyond the specified operating range
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs or disassembly
Making a claim
To make a warranty claim, contact Odessa LED Solutions at (866) 810-5366 or [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may request photos or the return of the product under a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to evaluate the claim.
Transferability
This warranty transfers to future owners of the property where the products are installed, provided the original proof of purchase accompanies the claim.
General provisions
This warranty is the entire warranty for Odessa LED Solutions products and replaces any other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
